Damaged During Shipping
Please report items damaged during shipping immediately by emailing Cory@transformerrails.com. Please include pictures of the damaged item and the packaging. Transformer Rails will replace any items damaged during shipping, however, Transformer Rails may request that the damaged item be returned before a replacement item is sent. Please do not attempt to return the product without contacting us first.
